Dave is a lifelong resident of Waterville, where he resides with his wife Kim. They have three children and three grandchildren. Dave has been the owner/operator of Sullivan Construction, a homebuilding and masonry company since 1984. He also owns KD Homes in Waterville. KD Homes specializes in modular home construction. In addition Dave has extensive experience in residential and commercial rental management. As a natural progression he is now a licensed real estate salesperson.
