Libby moved to Clinton in 1973. She is married and has three children and five grandchildren. Libby is an associate broker and has over 15 years experience as a realestate sales person and associate broker. She maintained a successful career in residential sales, rentals and appraising. She was named Outstanding Realtor Associate of the Year by the New York Association of Realtors and the Greator Utica Rome Board of Realtors. Libby hods a Graduate Realtor Institute designation.
She served on the KAC Board and the St. James Vestry. Currently she is a member of the Clinton Garden Club and the Clinton Historic Preservation Commission.
She is a graduate of Mary Washington College, now the University of Mary Washington, in Fredricksburg, VA.
